By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website.
If you use the Website on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to do so and that the organisation agrees to these terms to the extent applicable.

Chaird is developing a Governance Intelligence platform intended to help organisations manage governance information, meetings, Board and committee papers, decisions, actions, accountability, organisational memory and related insights.

3. Website purpose
The Website provides general information about Chaird, its proposed products, research, Design Partner opportunities, insights and related activities. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Website content is provided for information and evaluation only.
The Website is not a production governance system, customer portal, legal service, investment offer or substitute for professional advice.
4. Eligibility and authority
You must use the Website lawfully and have the legal capacity and authority necessary for your use. The Website is intended primarily for organisations and professional users, not children.
You must not submit information or take an action through the Website on behalf of another person or organisation unless you have authority to do so.

6. Enquiries, registrations and submitted information
The Website may allow you to submit enquiries, request information, register interest, participate in research or apply for a Design Partner activity.
You must ensure information you submit is accurate, current and provided lawfully. You must not submit passwords or authentication credentials; personal information about another individual unless authorised; legally privileged material; third-party confidential information you are not entitled to disclose; sensitive or regulated data unless Chaird has expressly requested it under an approved process; or malicious files or code.
Submitting an enquiry or registration does not create a customer, advisory, Design Partner, partnership, agency, employment or other contractual relationship unless Chaird confirms one in a separate written agreement.
7. Privacy, cookies and communications
Chaird handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and any activity-specific privacy notice presented when information is collected.

8. Intellectual property
8.1 Chaird materials

Access to the Website does not transfer ownership of any Chaird Materials or grant rights except the limited permission in these terms.

Chaird grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to access and view the Website for your own internal, lawful evaluation and information purposes.
You may print or save a reasonable number of pages for internal reference, provided all proprietary notices remain intact and the material is not modified, republished or commercially exploited.
8.3 Feedback
If you voluntarily provide feedback, suggestions or ideas about Chaird, Chaird may use them without restriction or payment, provided Chaird does not misuse your confidential information or falsely attribute an endorsement.

Chaird, its logo, Governance that remembers and other names or marks displayed on the Website may be trade marks or proposed trade marks. You must not use them without prior written permission.

The Website may provide reports, assessments, guides, presentations, checklists or other downloadable materials. Unless different terms are displayed, downloads are licensed only for internal evaluation and reference.

Separate terms may apply to particular downloads. If there is inconsistency, the specific terms presented with the material prevail for that material.

Chaird may make demonstrations, mock-ups, prototypes, screenshots, roadmaps or descriptions of proposed functionality available through the Website.
These materials may be incomplete, illustrative, changed or withdrawn without notice. They do not constitute a commitment to deliver a feature, release, integration, date, performance level or commercial offer.
You must not use a demonstration or prototype for live operations, production decisions or handling real customer data unless expressly authorised under a separate written agreement.
11. AI-generated and automated content
Some Website content or demonstrations may be created or assisted by artificial intelligence. AI-generated material may contain errors, omissions or inappropriate assumptions and must be independently reviewed before reliance.
Chaird does not represent that AI-generated output is complete, accurate, unbiased, current or suitable for a particular decision. Human accountability remains essential.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right, remedy, guarantee or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including any applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Public Website access is generally provided without charge. Paid services are governed by separate customer agreements.

Clauses concerning intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, liability, governing law and accrued rights continue after access ends.
21. Reports of infringement or unlawful content
If you believe Website content infringes intellectual property, privacy or another legal right, contact hello@chaird.com and provide your contact details, the affected right and your authority to act, the location of the material, a clear explanation of the concern, supporting evidence and the action requested.
Chaird may request further information and may remove or restrict material while it assesses a report, without admitting liability.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Subject to any non-excludable rights, the courts of Victoria and courts entitled to hear appeals from them have jurisdiction.
